|Watermelon Breeze Smoothie|
- 2 cups of Watermelon
- 4 tbsp Lite Cool Whip
- 2 cups Ice
- 2 tsp Lime Juice
- Combine all of the ingredients in your blender of choice.
- All measurements are approximate. Add as as you go!
For an extra kick, add more lime juice (or even lime zest).
This smoothie has very little nutritional value, but it’s light and refreshing.
This recipe is light and refreshing, and a mere 4 ingredients! Remember that with any smoothie, you should always look at an ingredient list as a suggestion. It’s different every time! Just add as you go and ENJOY. I think that a scoop of protein, for instance a fruit flavor by Vega would be tasty in this smoothie! It would not only add nutritional value, but the protein flavor would be offset by the lime juice! YUM!
